This Privacy Policy explains how YalcinGames ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play Tow Truck City (the "Game") on Android devices. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to this policy.

In short: the Game does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location. Your game progress stays on your device. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data as described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. The Game does not require an account or registration. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and use it only to reply to you.

Game data stored on your device. Your progress – in-game money, level, skills, owned tow trucks, completed jobs, daily lucky wheel spins and settings (language, sound, graphics, controls) – is saved locally on your device. We do not have access to it and it is not uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.

Information collected automatically by third parties. The third-party services listed below may automatically collect:

  • Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and app set ID
  • Device information (model, operating system version, language, screen size)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Ad interactions (ads viewed, clicked or completed)
  • Crash logs and performance diagnostics

2. How the information is used

  • To show ads in the Game, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards (for example extra lucky wheel spins or doubled rewards)
  • To measure ad performance and prevent fraud
  • To fix crashes and improve performance

Game progress stays on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. Data sent by the third-party services above is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
